Five for Fri-YAY!

Happy Friday! I tried really hard to think of a good title for this post, but let's call it what it really is: a brain dump of random thoughts swirling through my head. Five for Friday style, so it "makes sense." Just go with it.

1. Please tell me you saw that Limited Too is making a comeback. 90s girls everywhere, rejoice. How fun!

2. I had our house pressure-washed and our deck and porch stained this week, and I had no idea that such a mundane thing could make me so happy. Those are both to-dos that have been on the list since the day we moved in, and after two years of never finding time, I hired out the job. Done and done.

3. My sister-in-law made a pan of s'mores brownies yesterday and they were demolished by the time the night was through. SO. GOOD. Going to have to get her recipe (it didn't look too complicated) and recreate / share. Yum.

4. Last Friday, we went out to dinner with my friend, Aileen, and her husband - good news was that we got to try a new restaurant in Fredericksburg (Spencer Devon Brewing); bad news was that it was the last time we were seeing them before they moved. Boo. Aileen was one of my very first friends that I made when we moved, and I am so sad to see her go. Can't wait to get to visit her in her new home, though!

5. I know that we are not even through July yet but I am already getting super excited for football season. I can't wait for fall! Anyone else with me? Summer just seems to last forever...
