I decided to go with basic interval routine that a friend recommended - 3 minutes "on" (running) then 2 minutes "off" (walking) - rinse and repeat, as many times as you want. I had about 30 minutes before the Caps game was starting, so I decided to do six rounds. Here's the formula I used:

Yesterday's mail brought an exciting treat - the Summer Sampler collection of K-cups I ordered from Amazon! It's a mix of teas and coffees that are all the brew-over-ice variety. Perfect for summer! Looking forward to trying all the flavors and seeing which ones are our favorites.
Promptly popped one into the Keurig and brewed over ice into my snowflake cup - it's a year-round accessory. Don't judge.
What's your favorite flavor of K-cup? Any special summer recommendations? We have Half & Half Lemonade/Tea cups at work & they are delish! None of those in the sampler box - might have to order some!
